Chapter 51; Eggs! Backdated to Christmas Eve morning
[[On the screen is one familiar blonde with terrible bed head and a look on her face that's a mixture between annoyed and amused. Typically there's a happy John to go with her - because babies - but it's just too early for him to get up. You can probably hear a little snoring in the background, in fact.]]
So I have learned my lesson. Never wait a day to announce that you've a new clutch of eggs. The Pokemon who did not get a chance to produce them get excited and take matters into their own hands, apparently.
So Johto, who would be interested in an egg for the holidays? New Pokemon are shown to make great gifts, whether intended as a positive addition to the team or as a prank. I mean what's better to get someone who has an aversion to puppets than a Pokemon that looks like one, right? Of course, there's no harm with getting yourself an early Christmas gift either. I have a large selection, affordable price ranges and free overnight shipping, including sending these wrapped with a bow and a tag from you straight to your recipient if you'd like, to insure it arrives by Christmas.
[[A yawn and she moves the camera to finally show off eggs in question. When she says there's a large variety, she meant it.]] Now, I know for a fact that there are Togepi, Cherubi, Mawile, Hoothoot, Snorunt, Gastly and Litwick eggs. I also have one Spiritomb and one Duskull. From the looks of things, I apparently also have Eevees, Frillish, Glameow, Purrloin, Ponyta and Houndour eggs.
And...my Feebas is nursing a few eggs of her own that she won't let me near yet. But there are at least Feebas. [[She turns the camera to look at said fish Pokemon, who just flops as menacingly as a Feebas can whenever Rose tries to get near her small pile of eggs. If anyone happens to be familiar with the Treecko line, they probably recognize a few of them.]] I don't know exactly who would breed with Flounder, but apparently she got someone.
Anyway, I'll go ahead and attach a final list of eggs with prices on them. If you're interested, let me know. You may also contact me privately or leave me a message if I don't answer. If you have any questions just ask.
[[A list is then given out before the message ends.]]
((OOC: As you can see there are plenty of eggs left! If your character can't afford something, Rose is more than willing to work out a compromise with them. Especially in the spirit of Christmas. At some point questions may be answered by John
ghostytrainer, because he's the ghost expert duh.))

Anyway I'll talk to you directly about what eggs I want to claim in person. Meaning getting up off my butt to walk into the next room. Yeah.

[[This is her, cupping a hand to her mouth as if she's trying to whisper to someone so that Dave can't hear it.]]
If anyone's listening, you now know what to get Dave for Christmas.

[He's not impressed and stirring his hot chocolate with a candy cane.]

Heat's simple. Humidity means it isn't drying you out, no down in old Texas we do something worst. You sweat out all of those necessary fluids.
Here's a pro-tip, drink a lot of water. Swimming is really good for it, those pores soak up a lot of h2o in your stead. And best way to regulate your temp is take off your socks.
It's an invitation.
And I do drink a lot of water. I've gone swimming, I've even employed the help of my water Pokemon when swimming wasn't an option. It's still unbearable.
I also typically wear sandals and it's just taboo to wear socks with sandals.

Eh, when it gets that time we’ll figure something out. Just don’t go striding around in the buff.

That Is A Remarkable Number Of Eggs
Do They Usually Breed So
Effectively
[text]
Yes.
Unfortunately.
Especially when you aren't keeping an eye on those of like breeding groups.

All I Have Is A Pile Of Eggs
Do You Usually Keep Them Separated

Mmm...which of these are of the Fire-type?
[babies. but practicality. as much as he just wants to take care of every baby...]

[[She knows how that goes...]]

Which of those have you had the least luck in distributing so far?
