Quite affectionate for Rose, Derptini seems to be a bit on the idiot side sometimes. He has a love for chewing on things, from shirts to Rose's headband, and still tries to somehow fit up her shirt as well. However, despite appearances, he's not exactly stupid. When it comes to battle, he actually seems to know what he's doing, and follows orders and strategy perfectly without needing it repeated. He's easily one of the strongest assets to her team. She fondly refers to him as John, as some of his habits remind her of him.

Skittish and suspicious of everyone, Haze likes to hide and keep away from others she doesn't know. Her favorite area to do that in is Rose's bag. That's only, however, if she isn't tailing her mother Guile. If Guile is around, Haze will sit down right beside her, and stick to her side like glue.

Karkitty is Karkat in Pokemon form. Very spiteful and angry towards almost everyone, he prefers to spend his time to himself. He tolerates Haze and Nartac - two of his offspring - but cannot stand Cocoa and how overly hyper he is. Despite not wanting to spend time with anyone, he tends to be very openly affectionate with Rose, and secretly affectionate with Guile (though around others, the most she'll get out of him is a tail curled around her, and maybe a slightly nuzzle or two.)

Brave, bold and everything of a gentlemon, Monkshood earned her name for a reason. In the language of flowers - the theme Rose and John decided upon for naming their matching "dino" Pokemon - it means "chivalry". And she is the very definition of the word. If a Pokemon is in need? She will be there. She will be more than willing to fight the good fight for another should they require it, especially so if they're a friend of hers.
Challenges also greatly appeal to her, and she will never be the one to back down from them. She may not always win, and hey - she accepts that! - but she will try her hardest, and will always thank you for a good fight. Even if she is on the losing side. She takes her losses with grace.
Girl? So what if she's a girl? Haven't you ever heard of dames?

She tends to do this a lot with Rose, though unlike with others, it's rarely as malicious. It more seems as though she is merely trying to push her in the right direction. Rose, however, takes it just as - if not more mean-spirited - as the swipes she offers others. For some reason, she refuses to evolve.

Arachne is a very sweet spider. A very large one, as well, which mildly unnerves Rose but this doesn't stop her from treating her kindly, just as if she were one of her own. She can be rather demure and introverted, hiding from her new teammates at first, but once she's warmed up to you she seems satisfied to simply sit and enjoy your company. Rose, though she's a rather new addition, is already quite fond of her.

Her favorite person is still Jade, and you can bet Jade will receive nonsense messages in Jolteon from here when they're apart. She can be a bit of a tease sometimes, but always means it in the best of spirits. So don't take anything too personally.

Dacha is a protective Pokemon, almost like a guard. There is little he will not do to protect his master and those closest to her. If this means he has to take a bullet, he will. If it means he has to attack another human, he will. If it comes down to a choice between saving his master or her friend, he will always choose her. There is just no other choice in his mind. Nothing will shake his loyalty. Because of this, he's kind of wary of Pokemon who he doesn't know or who are new to her team, stern and strict with them until he's sure he can trust them.

Maplehoof is a very loving and caring Rapidash. She's sweet as can be and never seems to have a bad day. Very attached to Rose, she enjoys following her when out of her ball or grazing nearby, but is generally trusting of anyone. Though she won't just wander off with anyone! Sorry, but you can't take her away from her momma.

Though she can play into the "Damsel in Distress" role very easily, she's no push over. She can be very strong in battle when she knows it's her turn to fight!

He shakes around anyone that seems even remotely intimidating - this includes Rose, which she simply cannot understand - but at least doesn't run away (so he's better than Nartac).
