Chapter 35; Video
[[Good afternoon, Johto. Have you noticed how it has gotten a tad chillier as of late? I bet you have.
So has Rose, judging from the fact she's wearing her light jacket once more. Of course, the cold is not what she is here to discuss.
No, it's the rain she is interested about.]]
I have a few questions. I've done a little venturing of my own within the stores around Goldenrod - and naming said city might make these a bit of a shock - but I am having a bit of trouble finding a few things.
Tarps, being one of them. I would figure they would be in a weather-like aisle, would they not? I wouldn't know, I've never needed to shop for tarps. However, I feel they would likely be useful, as I'm sure it is going to begin raining soon. If Johto is anything like New York during the fall.
I'm also curious as to if there are any stores that sell Pokemon clothes. Not costumes, but clothes. I'm in the market for a raincoat or two. And while I can knit, it isn't as if yarn is waterproof.
Thank you.

[[Once that feed ends, another one is opened, this aimed to two people in particular: Dave and John.]]
Hello you two. I have a favor to ask of you both. Do you believe I could borrow you for the afternoon?

Once you do decide you'll let me know, right?

If it really bothered me watching out for you, I simply wouldn't do it.

I kind of think you're out of your thinkpan for thinking that about me. Just so you know.

[[She pauses, as if she's giving this some serious thought.]]
Oh well. You seem to have no issue with this, if you still wish to travel with me, so I have little issue with it either.

That aside.
Might I inquire as to what is the cause of your poor mood? If you'd rather not talk of it, that's perfectly fine, but I am of course curious as to what has companions of mine in poor spirits.

...Thanks though. I guess.

What will she do instead?]]
I can, however, offer to treat you to lunch if you'd be interested. It's really a lovely day outside, and would be wonderful weather for a picnic. Provided, of course, Watanuki has yet to feed you.

That sounds a lot better than just sitting here feeling sorry for myself.

I had a feeling that would be your answer. Shall I make my way over now then?
no subject
That would be good. You know where we are?

It's not a bother. If it was I wouldn't have asked if you knew. [and pretend there is a room number here for the hotel!]

I shall be there shortly then. It seems rather dreary outside, so perhaps you should wear something a little warmer than usual.
