[[Today you're greeted with a rare sight. Not only is Rose wet and dressed in a rather cute Dratini themed bikini, but she's outside and wearing a rather smug grin.]]

Dave, I would just like to show you this little gem.

[[And here she holds the Violet City badge up to the camera.]]

I thought I would give you a good week or so to obtain it first, seeing as I was already a badge ahead of you, but this is getting ridiculous. I think I will change my goal of only obtaining useful badges. From here out, I will work towards all of them. We'll make this a competition, how's that sound? A friendly sibling rivalry.

Who can come to possess all eight badges first? Lalonde? Or Strider?

[[Chuckling, she tucks the badge back in her bag, straightening once more.]]

That said, I felt a celebration was in order. And, seeing as it is so warm out, what better way to celebrate than with a little summer party? John, Dave, you are both expected to attend, and I will not take no for an answer. You might want to dress water friendly.

Anyone else in the Violet area is perfectly welcome to come as well.

[[From here, the camera is turned, apparently to show of various attractions as she begins explaining everything.]]

We're equipped with Insufferable Prick, resident sprinkler system. The newest addition to my team, Haze, can offer plenty of cooler temperatures being an Ice Pokemon. Halos is more than willing to fetch you snacks or beverages if you'd like.

[Skeptical look. If water friendly clothing is looking half naked like that, she's a little unsure about it.]

Yeah, yeah okay. Maybe I'll come by.

She might take you on that unspoken offer of assistance however. It's a while before Rose actually gets a response back as Vriska's headed down to the nearest shop and glanced through the racks, keeping an eye on the staff.

When the video does actually come on, there's an array of bikini's laid out. Some plain colored, some with Pokémon designs.]

So, because it's good to always have a second opinion on fashion, which one do you think?

[[Rose "hmm"s thoughtfully, glancing over the selection.]]

[She rolls her eyes, which Rose can't see because the camera is focused on the swim wear.]

Compliment my looks of course! I'll stand out as it is, sensatetional beauty that I am.

Of course, my mistake. [[Rolling her eyes on her end - which Vriska also can't see - she takes another look at the swim wear.]]

Mmmm, I can't really see too many Pokemon designed ones really working for you. Perhaps a Dewgong or Vaporeon... Rather elegant, much like yourself in some respects. Simple designs like stripes would likely look fairly nice. You could try fancier ones if you'd prefer, but I'd be careful with the color choice then. Blues and teals...

[Elegant. Damn straight. It's about time someone recognized it, though did it have to be her. Oh well.]

[She spends a moment studying the swimsuits before having a light bulb moment and dropping the Pokégear and disappears. She comes back a moment later holding up a dark blue bikini with a white flower printed on the right side of both the top and the bottoms to the camera.]

Oh that is lovely, Vriska. A most definitely good choice.

Of course it is! I look good in nearly anything. Trolls are fashionable after all.

[She turns the gear toward the wall as she changes into the swimsuit, pulling her normal clothes over it as well. Shop lifting success!]

[Truth be told, she's actually kind of looking forward to it. It's been a long while since she's had some good non life threatening fun.]

Little Miss "Grimdark" hmm? I know I have an awfully gloomy disposition, but hadn't been aware that it was quite that bad. Good afternoon to you as well, Vriska.

Riiiiiiiight. Future stuff. [She eyes the Ampharos wearily for a second before taking the glass and taking an experimental sip.]

So, you got your badgey thingy?

Lemonade. A classic summertime drink. [[Halos seems so pleased that you took the glass, and is just going to scamper off to look over the food and figure out what to offer you next.]]

I did indeed. Though I had quite the unfair advantage in the fight.

[She takes another longer drink of the lemonade smacking her lips afterwards, then grins.]

Unfair advantages are the way to win any battle! Fair fights are for losers and wimps.

I will admit that it's always ideal to have the advantage, especially in battles such as this. Everything from level to type.
