Chapter 64; Video/Text; Eggs!

[Today, Rose seems extra unimpressed. She's outside, giving the gear a flat look before turning it to face a Golurk covered in a handful of Bloobers. There look to be about ten of them.]

First order of business are these adorable little globs. I'm looking for some good homes for them, because apparently some people - [And here she glares at some point just a little above the camera. It's probably safe to assume that this some person ~~John~~ is the one filming.] - feel they need fifteen of one single Pokemon. So if you would like to take one of these home, please let me know. Now...

[Rose reaches for the camera real quick, fiddling with the gear. There's a mass text sent out of a list of eggs, moves and prices. The gear is handed back to the cameraman after that.]

I have a batch of eggs I'm selling. Most of them are cat or cat like, but if you have any questions regarding any of them feel free to ask! I can deliver anywhere in either region, by either PC or Pokemon, so don't worry about that.

Chapter 63; Video/Filtered Video from the Homestuck Cast

Three years ago today I was kicked out of my mother's house into a frozen wasteland, expected to travel on my own with nothing but the most annoying animal to keep me company.

[There's an almost listless sigh to accompany the narrative. The screen is taken up by the sight of the ocean in the late afternoon. If the voice wasn't a give away, it likely isn't hard to guess who is broadcasting this.]

I'm really grateful that whatever brings people here decided to bring me. These have been the best three years of my life, I'm fairly certain. The friends I've made, the relationships I've formed, the bonds with the Pokemon I've acquired...all my adventures and the memories I've made.

I want to sincerely thank everyone here for having me. And tell you all that I'm glad you're here with me, even if we haven't met. Because I'm sure our paths will cross eventually.

[She kind of fiddles with the Pokegear a little, frowning for a moment and sort of squinting at it before sighing.]

Good morning everyone! [[On the screen is Rose Lalonde, and she looks like she hasn't been sleeping in days. She even has a cup of coffee in her hand and is sipping on it.

But she also looks pretty happy with herself.]]

I have a question. Specifically for people who own or have encountered Munna or Musharna before. Do you have any experience with these Pokemons' "dream mist"? This is a mist they exude which can reveal a dream that they've eaten. I believe the color tends to change if the dreams mood changes, such as pink mist for good dreams, but I'm not positive exactly what affects that yet. The color I see most is pink though, if this helps you identify it.

[[Behind her a Musharna floats, eying the screen, the scenery, everything. There are sleeping Pokemon around as it's still a little early in the day, and the large pink Pokemon eyes them too. Maybe it's looking for a dream to eat.]]

I doubt there's a more stellar posterior than this one for my opening act. Sure, sure, it's not all about fantastic fannies or breathtaking buttocks for this kind of thing, but I think this one deserves the title of "The First Rate". And I do indeed mean that as a double entendre. The derriere that your eyes had the priveledge to gaze upon just now belongs to resident Training Center founder Riku. Seated in heart of Celadon, this rump's owner is just as fine as it is, offering a great public service to all the fine Pokemon Masters out there.

Alright, let's get to the nitty gritty stuff here. Want to know why this butt is so fly? That would be because it's the perfect balance between robust and rotund. It's a pillow posterior, something obviously comfortable enough to sleep on but at the same time you don't wanna. You just wanna enjoy how nice it feels a little while longer. You're going to take a nice big handful and give it a healthy squeeze and that's going to delight you for the next week. And all of this is obvious just by looking at it. Now *that* is a top-notch tooshie.

It's sculpted as if made by the gods themselves. In fact, I wouldn't doubt it if they really did have a hand in it. Upon his birth, they looked at each other, smiled, and spoke, "Riku, thy ass is fine and thou whilst have all the ladies thy heart desires." When the doctor spanked him to wake up his lungs, he weeped, for he knew that was the fairest keister that would ever pass into the world, and it came through his operating room.

Of course, unfortunately, I can't just go take a squeeze for myself, but hey. I've heard this heart-stopping hottie is single. So hey, if any of you girls or boys ever get to do the thing, be sure to give a shout out to me about the experience. I would love to give this rump a follow up report.

Now, as divine as this derriere is, I do have a little advice for you Riku. Casual wise, you should look into some form fitting jeans. Ones that hug your rear with the utmost tenderness and care. And have you ever considered wearing some sleek slacks once in a while, outside of formal events? I'm positive you could rock them like no other.

This is a gorgeous town, despite the slightly commercialized feeling the Radio tower here gives it. It's haunting beauty is certainly something to behold. I'm glad I decided to visit.

And it certainly offered plenty of intriguing Pokemon to meet and study.

Chapter 55; Video

[[Hello folks. Have a view of what looks to be a shiny Eevee practicing his most elegant strut. It's not really all that elegant with how he almost bounces with every step, but he's certainly trying. The camera follows him as he goes until he stops and perks his ears, looking around. It seems he's realized he's gone too far as he whips back around and scampers over to a somewhat aloof, maybe even slightly annoyed looking Umbreon. Beside him is a clearly amused Espeon, sitting snuggled up to his side. The Eevee excitedly chatters away to the Umbreon, sitting in front of him with his chest puffed out in pride.]]

A little while back, an egg my dear friend gave me hatched and I was graced with this gorgeous Eevee. I don't believe I have ever seen a Pokemon idolize another so devotedly as this one does. It's amusing. Tarquin seems determined to learn as much as he can from Lestat, trying to mimic him as closely as possible as often as possible. And to be fair he does a good job of it.

[[Lestat seems to roll his eyes as Tarquin continues, but the little Eevee doesn't seem to notice at all. When Guile gives Lestat a good natured thwack with her tail, the Umbreon finally starts at least humoring him.]]

I actually have a question today, mostly for the girls here but if any guys feel like they can adequately answer be my guest I suppose. But what...exactly do you wear to a prom? I've seen a lot of different choices presented to me and I've never attended one myself so...

Is it mandatory that you wear something eye-searingly glittery?

[[When the video turns on, all you can really see is the illuminated face of one Rose Lalonde. She seems much, much calmer compared to her previous entry, but at the same time a little on edge. When she speaks, it's kind of in a hush.]] First and foremost, I would like to send out a formal apology. I really did not mean to snap the way I had, and had no right to be so hostile toward some of you. I apologize for dumping that entire fiasco on the network. If any of you would like, I'll be making chocolates for some specific people I really owe. If anyone would like, whether they were involved or not, I wouldn't mind making some for you too.

Now...I have a question.

How do you deal with a Pokemon who is infatuated with you? And actually big enough to do something about--

[[Rose quiets, glancing off screen as an inquisitive "Car?" can be faintly heard. The blonde stares a moment before turning back toward the screen.]]

Big enough to do something about it. See, I have a uh...well. My Riolu recently evolved. And before he was very affectionate, but I was under the impression it was something akin to John and Casey. But...I'm getting the feeling it's a little more complicated than that.

[[And that's when the room she's in is flooded with light, which makes it a little more clear it was a closet.]]

Chapter 53; Video; It's fun becoming a woman!

[[The video flicks on by itself as the Pokegear hits the floor, and the first thing you see is chocolates spilling across the tiled floor, rolling in and out of the camera view. Following that, you hear a lovely bout of cursing.]]

Fucking--really? I can't even hold a bag of chocolates now? Because this is exactly what I need, right?

[[She seems to wait for an answer - from who, it's hard to say - but nothing speaks.]]

Why am I even trying to talk to you? You're unconscious. Haha, silly me. Trying to talk to the person who could help with this problem if he wasn't off in a coma. Did you have to hit your head when you fell? Of course you did. Because when is it not 'Rose needs to take care of all the men in her life' day?

[[And there's a cup hitting the floor and rolling into view, liquid spilling over the floor. Today is just not this girl's day.]] Oh for fuck's sake -- really? Thanks. Because I totally needed to stain my clothes a second time today. I guess this at least washes out easier.

[[Her hands finally come into view as she picks up the last few chocolates, dropping them in the cup. And then they seem to pause. Guess who realized her gear is recording.]]

Aaand of course the entire network is probably hearing all of this. Hi guys. How are you all? I hope your answer is great, because someone should be in a great mood today.

[[You can just hear the sarcasm dripping off her words. Rose picks up the gear, but she doesn't hold onto it long. As it shifts and moves, it's obvious she's in a hospital room, and it's set down with a lovely view of the ceiling.]]

But you know what, this works. I've been thinking about something for the past few days, and it's really been bothering me. And you know what they say, better out than in with feelings, right?

Here is just a little PSA for everyone, to avoid upsetting or catching anyone else off guard. John Egbert and I are engaged. We are both very content with this arrangement. He'd tell you himself if he was able but, well, bump to the head. He's out like a light. You can stop worrying about our age and I offer no apologies for anything. Because I shouldn't have to apologize for being happy.

Now of course no one is obligated to care about this or to be happy for us or anything, especially no one we know personally. That is a lot to ask of you, after all! But if you have any objections or complaints, you may kindly direct them to my middle finger. That should answer them all adequately enough for you.

Chapter 52; Video; Text

[[Though the ID on this broadcast points to this being one Rose Lalonde, the face which greets any watchers is not the expected blonde. Instead it's a very small, pink-accented Dunsparce, staring curiously at the screen. Or, well...presumably it's a curious stare. It's kind of hard to tell with Dunsparce. It might be hungry for all we know.

After a few moments, a golden Cottonee nudges against the little snake, trying to peer into the strange device as well. It hums curiously, flailing one of its leaf-like arms at the 'gear.]]

One of my favorite aspects of newly hatched Pokemon is their curiosity with the world around them. Well, in most cases at least.

[[Ah, there's the voice of the Pokegear owner.]]

These two hatched from the eggs John and I received from our mysterious Christmas benefactor. As you can see, they don't follow the typical color pattern of Dunsparce or Cottonee. Their names are Betty Crocker and Phoebi respectively and they are obviously pleased to meet you. I suppose now is as good as ever to make a more public request. If anyone else has any...atypical Pokemon like these, would you be willing to allow me to take notes on it? You see, I--

[[A voice from somewhere even further off screen (the kitchen, to be exact) responds to that before anyone else has the chance to.]]

Quirky, Rose! They aren't abnormal, they are just uniquely quirky.

John, whether or not you wish to accept it, they are atypical. They're unusual.

[[A somewhat awkward silence follows as John fails to say anything, eventually prompting Rose's attention back to the network.]]

Anyway, as I was sa-- [[What sounds suspiciously like a head coming into contact with some unknown hard surface followed by a body hitting the floor cuts her off before she has the chance to finish her sentence.]]

[[When there's no reply, she gently tugs the gear away from the two Pokemon.]]

I suppose this is being cut short. I'll have to introduce them after I assist John with whatever he's doing in the kitchen.

Chapter 51; Eggs! Backdated to Christmas Eve morning

[[On the screen is one familiar blonde with terrible bed head and a look on her face that's a mixture between annoyed and amused. Typically there's a happy John to go with her - because babies - but it's just too early for him to get up. You can probably hear a little snoring in the background, in fact.]]

So I have learned my lesson. Never wait a day to announce that you've a new clutch of eggs. The Pokemon who did not get a chance to produce them get excited and take matters into their own hands, apparently.

So Johto, who would be interested in an egg for the holidays? New Pokemon are shown to make great gifts, whether intended as a positive addition to the team or as a prank. I mean what's better to get someone who has an aversion to puppets than a Pokemon that looks like one, right? Of course, there's no harm with getting yourself an early Christmas gift either. I have a large selection, affordable price ranges and free overnight shipping, including sending these wrapped with a bow and a tag from you straight to your recipient if you'd like, to insure it arrives by Christmas.

[[A yawn and she moves the camera to finally show off eggs in question. When she says there's a large variety, she meant it.]] Now, I know for a fact that there are Togepi, Cherubi, Mawile, Hoothoot, Snorunt, Gastly and Litwick eggs. I also have one Spiritomb and one Duskull. From the looks of things, I apparently also have Eevees, Frillish, Glameow, Purrloin, Ponyta and Houndour eggs.

And...my Feebas is nursing a few eggs of her own that she won't let me near yet. But there are at least Feebas. [[She turns the camera to look at said fish Pokemon, who just flops as menacingly as a Feebas can whenever Rose tries to get near her small pile of eggs. If anyone happens to be familiar with the Treecko line, they probably recognize a few of them.]] I don't know exactly who would breed with Flounder, but apparently she got someone.

EVERYONE SHE HAS EVER RECEIVED THE NAME OF gets chocolates. Handmade fudge, to be exact. No nut anything, because she has boys with allergies to think of, so it's just mostly plain sorry. I have two questions for you.
Does anyone else have...strange, vivid recollections of things that happened over the weekend, but no physical proof when there should be?

[[There is a very smug girl on the screen right now. She's currently sitting somewhat cradled in one arm of her Dragonite and there should be something a little different to notice about her. It may not click right away, but eventually everyone will likely realize that hey.

Her blonde hair sure is longer. In fact, it's so long? It's going off the bottom of the shot.

She's not the camera man, so perhaps you'll get a better shot at what is up with that. For now, however, she's got something important to say.]]

I believe you said something about being the most fabulous with long hair, Dave. It seems that Johto has been kind enough to allow me to end this silly delusion of yours early.

[[With that, the camera moves to follow the long, long, long, incredibly long trail of platinum hair that cascades from the Dragonite's arm, down onto the ground, and sort of pools around his feet. Rapunzel, eat your heart out. At the Pokemon's name - apparently it is camera Ampharos Halos today - the view is brought back up to her.]]

Or something. Or maybe you'll see her walking along, the same gaggle of Pokemon keeping her hair off the ground as they follow along behind her.

Chapter 48; Video; Possession is fun kids!

[[When the feed starts, there is a very tearful looking Rose on the screen. She looks like she's just about ready to start bawling, hiccuping once in a while. For a moment she just stares, and then she explains what's wrong.]]

Someone. Someone help. I...I'm...I'm really scared.

[[Suddenly the video shifts, showing the edge of a bed and then kiiiind of leaning over the edge to show the floor.]]

I-I think something is under my bed. And if I get down it'll get me!

[[And there are a few sobs, though they're off camera. She is just so scared.]]

Wh-what if it's the boogeyman?! O-or a zombie or something?!

[[And the more things she suggest, the more hysterical she becomes until finally she's wailing, the gear dropping to the bed and being turned off as a result.

If you're feeling like this is not the Rose you know, you're pretty close. She's still Rose, she's simply been possessed by a Yamask.

Chapter 47; Text; Holidays!

The holiday season is approaching once more and I find myself with a few questions for you, my fellow Pokefriends.
Last year I offered to breed Pokemon for those who would like to give one to their friends.
Would anyone be interested in this sort of offer again?
I may be able to offer them as...I suppose studs and broodmares would be the best way to put it, if anyone were interested in breeding their own Pokemon with my stock.
I am also going to be stocking my yarn collection here soon, and was curious if anyone would like sweaters, scarves, mittens, toys...anything knitted as a gift.
My skills cover a wide range now, and warm clothing is always a good idea for winter here.
I can also fit Pokemon with such accessories as well if given measurements.
And yes, I realize it's only October, but the earlier I ask, the more time I give myself to work.
Anyway, if any of this interests you, I would be more than happy to accommodate any needs, answer any questions, etc.

Johto, I believe I am starting to go a bit stir crazy, and as such am looking for a way to avoid it.
(Read as: I'm bored as fucking hell.)
So this is now an open memo. Those are always fun.
Consider it a party game. We'll have a truth hour.
For one hour, you may ask me any question and I will give you a completely honest answer.
However, in order to ask a question, you must be willing to have the same done to you.

[[Rose has finally adjusted to the new body temperature enough to not stutter and stammer from the cold. Her sharp teeth no longer chatter, so she feels she can finally make a public post.

When the feed turns on, it's a little ways away from her held by her Espeon to keep it from freezing over. Again. And the room she's in has become somewhat of an ice cave. She's not bothering to hide her mutations at all, just happy it's not a billion degrees hot in her room anymore.]]

I was wondering if anyone afflicted with ice abilities has figured out how to eat or drink without freezing the food or liquid before it reaches your mouth yet. I'm starting to become very hungry and I'm sure the slight dizziness is likely from dehydration, but every time it gets close my breath freezes it. I'm a little frightened of trying to just...get it down as quickly as possible and it freezing solid in my throat and choking me.

[[A small frown.]] If there are even just...ideas I will take those as well. Thank you.

As I see it is that time again in Johto, I would like to make a general "Welcome to the magical world of Pokemon" statement to all new comers. I'm Rose, and if I have not personally introduced myself yet, my apologies.

I would just like to offer my knowledge to you all, especially those of you who are breeders. I'm no expert, but I have gathered many notes over my time here and I always want to share this knowledge.
