I can write it in English and it will look exactly the same to you, without connotation.
And you can write it in Japanese and people will still infer the connotation...

You could try something such as young lord instead?
The "master" is really what puts such a sexual connotation to the title.
By calling him a lord, it still shows him as higher than you while keeping connotations like that to a minimum, if not non-existent.

Of course I haven't. He is young master Fuyuhiko. I have only called him by his last name when deception regarding our relationship was necessary.
