I have a few questions. I've done a little venturing of my own within the stores around Goldenrod - and naming said city might make these a bit of a shock - but I am having a bit of trouble finding a few things.

Tarps, being one of them. I would figure they would be in a weather-like aisle, would they not? I wouldn't know, I've never needed to shop for tarps. However, I feel they would likely be useful, as I'm sure it is going to begin raining soon. If Johto is anything like New York during the fall.

I'm also curious as to if there are any stores that sell Pokemon clothes. Not costumes, but clothes. I'm in the market for a raincoat or two. And while I can knit, it isn't as if yarn is waterproof.

I was able to find a good tent to use at the Goldenrod department store, but I'm not sure about plain tarps.

Mmm, we have a tent thanks to a trip a friend and I took a while back.

Though...I suppose I could always purchase another and re-purpose it, if need be. It's odd that they don't sell tarps.

With my luck, I am likely simply looking in the wrong venues. I've never actually needed tarps for anything before, so I'm not quite sure where to look.

A hardware store, maybe, or a place that sells furniture. Those would be my first guesses, aside from the department store.

It might work out. Since, ah.. those kinds of places often use tarps for shipping or covering merchandise. So even if they don't sell them, you might be able to get some used for free, which is better than nothing.
